Dennis Cordell

Dennis Cordell was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the George Mason University School of Law. Dennis began working for the NFL Coaches Association in August 1999, where he served as Assistant Executive Director. In that role he handled all the legal, licensing, database programming and the day-to-day management responsibilities of the NFLCA office. As Staff Counsel for the NFL Players Association from June 2005 through January 2006, Dennis represented various NFL players in fine appeal hearings, dealt with agent regulations and participated in collective bargaining sessions with the Arena Football League on behalf of the AFL Players Association. He left the NFLPA to found Coaches Inc.

Nick Meeker

Nick Meeker began working for Coaches Inc. in September 2009 after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law.  An honors graduate of Stanford University, Nick assists Coaches Inc. in all legal matters relating to client representation including contract advisement and negotiation.  Nick is from Alexandria, Virginia and attended high school at Fork Union Military Academy.

John Colan

John Colan joined the Coaches Inc. team in September 2011. John is a 2011 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal at Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia from 2006 - 2008. A Richmond native, John received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 2006. He assists in all legal matters relating to client representation including contract advisement and negotiation with a special focus on CI's basketball clientele.
