He was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the George Mason University School of Law. Dennis began working for the NFL Coaches Association in August 1999, where he served as Assistant Executive Director.

John Colan focuses on working with lacrosse and hockey coaches. He joined the Coaches Inc. team in September 2011. John is a 2011 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal at Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia from 2006 - 2008.

Austin joined Coaches Inc. in 2024 and began his career as a sports agent early when, at just 17 years old, he was featured in Forbes Magazine as the youngest agent in the world. After high school, he attended Florida State University, where he served as a Student Assistant for the football team, working closely with quarterbacks under the guidance of Coach Jimbo Fisher.
